Skins Win at CR-South, 3-1


Holland, Pa. -- Neshaminy traveled to nearby Council Rock-South High School and earned its first road victory of the year, a 3-1 decision against the Golden Hawks. The first game was tight with Neshaminy a 25-23 victor. The Skins pulled away in the second game to win fairly easily, 25-16. Game three was another story. Despite leading 22-17, Neshaminy dropped a 25-23 decision and faced a game four. The Skins broke open a close game and won going away, 25-21. Ethan Mawhinney was credited with 16 kills on the night and had at least four in the decisive game. Greg Schumann had 22 digs from his libero position, and Ryan Vaccaro had 32 assists as the team's setter. The team is off until Tuesday when it travels to Truman for another road match.
